Imagine the heavens opening up, sending down beautiful music. The music washes away any negativity you feel. You are at peace and whole.

Close your eyes now. You are back on the beach of Oceania, the land of the cups. The key is in your hand. You remember what Nile, the page of Cups, told you. Let your heart guide you. With dusk glittering on the water, you follow your inner cup of heart to guide you. You hear no one or see a soul.

You come to a small lagoon. The water is an intense aqua and baby blue mixed together. You walk to it. By instinct, you pull out the cup key.

“This can’t be,” you say to yourself.

Then you decide to trust your heart and take a risk. You hold up the cup to the air and the sound of a click echoes around you. The lagoon shimmers and a staircase made of water appears to go down to the lagoon’s bottom.

How do you feel seeing this? What thoughts come to you? You hear footsteps of someone coming up the stairs, a person appears dressed in a cerulean tunic and white pants.

“Hello, I’m Wave, Knight and friend to all who come here.” Wave gives you a bright smile. “Just take my hand. I can show you the glory of the world.”

You take Wave’s hand and your first step. In Wave’s presence, you feel peace and unconditional love emanating from the Knight. So you let go of your fear. The staircase is solid like ice yet sparkles. You walk all the way to the bottom with Wave guiding you right in front.

“My friend, our journey has just begun. Through this door lies a court of beauty and peace. Are you ready to come in?”

Does Wave have something else to share with you? Or perhaps you wish to talk to this good natured Knight. Wave has a ready ear and open heart to all people.

Open your eyes. How was your adventure with Wave, the knight of cups? Record and reflect on your meeting with the Knight of Cups. Think on how you can be your own Knight to yourself or others, to soothe fears and be able to take more challenges in your life.
