This month's tarot-scopes emphasise that a tarot card's concept is neither negative nor positive in and of itself, but rather is a neutral thing influenced by our questions and our responses to life. These will give more weight to either the problematic or constructive expressions of a card. I'll offer some thoughts from both ends of the stick. You choose how to respond to or employ your Sun sign card's energy for the month. Happy choosing!

ARIES. 8 of Wands, reversed. You can conserve your personal energy or feel as though your spirit is penned in. You can set up clear spiritual boundaries or limit Spirit's activity in your life. Which will you choose?

TAURUS. Devil, upright. You can face your fears head-on or cower before their might. You can set up parameters that are safe and structured or walls that imprison you. Which will you choose?

GEMINI. King of Wands, upright. You can relinquish roles that no longer serve you or you can escape personal responsibility. You can share yourself generously or you can surrender to others' image of you. Which will you choose?

CANCER. 2 of Swords, reversed. You can affirm your personal philosophy as one valid path or you can claim that your beliefs are the only way. You can say "yes" to deep, intimate conversations or you can say "yes" to cheesy gossip. Which will you choose?

LEO. King of Cups, upright. You can consciously leave behind unhealthy relationships or you can run away from intimacy. You can share your true feelings constuctively or you can blurt them out without regard for others. Which will you choose?

VIRGO. Knight of Cups, upright. You can focus on creating healthy partnerships (of ALL kinds) or you can get picky about who's in and who's out. You can get enthusiastic about those you love or you can obsess about them. Which will you choose?

LIBRA. 9 of Cups, reversed. You can experience a flow of intuitive guidance or you can drown in unconscious ca-ca. You can enjoy an ongoing relationship with Spirit or you can keep up co-dependence with those around you. Which will you choose?

SCORPIO. 5 of Swords, upright. You can hold conversations that change the ways in which we think or you can argue with people. You can make adjustments to rules and guidelines that aren't fair or you can challenge things just to stir them up. Which will you choose?

SAGITTARIUS. 2 of Wands, upright. You can say "yes" to independence and freedom or you can affirm your need for ego stroking. You can claim your spiffy new identity or you can flaunt it in people's faces. Which will you choose?

CAPRICORN. 10 of Pentacles, reversed. You can take a refreshing break from feeling trapped or you can avoid personal repsonsibility to your well-being. You can step back from self-abuse to assess your next healthy move or you can keep arm's length from the things that ground and centre you. Which will you choose?

AQUARIUS. King of Pentacles, upright. You can retire from unsatisfying work or you can walk away from your professional responsibilities. You can share your abundant resources or you can give away until it hurts. Which will you choose?

PISCES. Queen of Pentacles, upright. You can come off as a polished professional or you can come off as someone who's been in this job for too long. You can embody impeccable health habits or you can be an expert at abusing the body. Which will you choose?

All good things,
James
