Close your eyes and imagine all the worries of the day sliding down your back like rainwater. When you are ready, we can begin.

Noon. The sun is high in the sky. You are surrounded by your nine wands. You're sitting near a small creek. The smell of lilacs is in the air. Can you smell another scent? Take a whiff to see what else rides the air. You pick up the first wand and really look at it. What does it look like to you? Is it too small, tall, chunky, slim, light or dark? You have an ornate knife in you hand. You can use this to whittle the wand into any shape you want.

Just like with the nine of wands, you have the power to shape your own life. What do you need to do to make your life closer to what you would really like it to be? You can stay here in this peaceful place until all the nine of wands are shaped, or leave whenever you wish.

When you are ready to return to your reality, leave the wands on the ground and wade across the small creek to get back to your world.

Reflect on your time with the nine of wands. And know you can return at any time.
