Take deep breaths as you close your eyes. See in your mind's eye a doorway. When you are ready, you will open the door to enter to the world of the Ten of Swords.

The sky is a deep twilight with a scattering of stars. It is an expanse of green grass as far as the eye can see. It is just you and the night. Then, something hits you on your back. You stumble then here it comes again and again. You fall on the ground feeling the soft grass on your cheek. You feel weighed down by something heavy that has hit you. There is pain. What kind of pain?  Don't fight it, allow yourself to go with it. You're finally able to turn your head and you see ten swords sticking out of your back.

You finally fall into yourself. Into your pain until there is surrender. You see in front of you something glistening in front of your eyes. A spider web is being formed quickly with a delicate beauty to its web. A long spider comes down. The eyes are silver as the stars. In your head you hear the Spider speak.

"It's all connected.  Everything that you have experienced had led you here. Don't you understand? It's your choice."

Is this all the spider says to or is there more? If there is listen to the spider's words. When you are ready, you reach behind to your back.  You carefully take out each sword. It is an effort for you. Finally, you rise up slowly as the sun begins to rise as well. How do you feel now? Happy? Sad? Carefree? Relieved.

You leave the ten swords right on the ground and you walk over to them. You walk toward the warmth and color of the sun.  It is a new day for you in so many ways. You hear crashing behind you. The swords begin to swirl upward by an unexpected gust of wind. They explode into the air raining down into butterflies. The butterflies ride toward the sun. When you have finished watching the butterflies, open the doorway that appears back to your reality.

Record you journey with the Ten of Swords. Was it what you expected or something more?
