Close your eyes and listen to the rhythm of your breathing. Breathe in and out until you are ready to begin.

You are at the water’s edge. Sunset is spreading her rays across the sky, dressed in an outfit of iridescent blue, shimmering as waves. A cool wind rises up from the west. You walk, feeling the sand under you bare feet. A silver cup comes in from the tide.

Looking right and left, you see two people coming from each side. Who are these people? Are they parts of you from the past and future? Spirit guides? Are these your two most favorite people in your world? Loved ones who have passed on to the other side?

All of you raise your cups high into the blue of the sky; the clinking of cups echoes as the tinkling of wind chimes. All of you drink the sweet liquid that has appeared in the cups.

What are you feeling now with the three of you gathered here? Love? Courage? Honor? Hope? Compassion?

“All for one, and one for all” appears now on all three cups. You all say it in unison three times. The sunset is sinking rapidly. The three of you hug each other to say good-bye. Are any more words exchanged among the three of you?

When you are ready you can walk with either one of your companions back to your reality, or walk away from the ocean to get there. Whichever path you decide, count to ten backwards. At one, open your eyes to emerge in this reality.

As always, take time to reorient yourself back. Pick up your Three of Cups. Write down all your newly discovered impressions now that you see and feel with your journey inside. Record and reflect in your Tarot Journal.
